HOPE Encouragement Cards

Gabriel’s Foundation of HOPE will send notes and cards to our constituent families who are dealing with the hardship of a disability. Sponsor donors can request these cards to be sent for birthdays, anniversaries, graduations or other special occasions. It is our goal to continue to encourage the people we serve as often as possible. A $5 donation will cover the cost of one encouragement card.

To purchase one of the cards, please fill out the person’s name and address and then click add to cart and follow the instructions. To purchase more than one, please click the continue shopping link on the paypal page and fill out this form again with the additional card and click add you cart. Once you have everything you want, use the checkout.
