Here is a list of programs and services we offer:

Just a Little Extra HOPE: This program provides grocery gift cards, prepared meals, payments for utility bills and other costs for families dealing with disabilities and facing financial hardship.  A donation of any size helps us in this area.

HOPE Grant. Families dealing with disabilities may apply for a grant to cover the expenses associated with helping the disabled family member. The grant will cover the cost of items such as durable medical equipment, vehicle adaptation, vehicle purchase, home remodel, un-reimbursed medical expenses, and costs related to caring for the disabled individual.

HOPE College Scholarship. Students dealing with disabilities will be able to apply for an annual college scholarship. Students desiring to work in a field that will benefit the disability community may also apply. The student will fill out a scholarship application and include an essay to be reviewed and selected by the board of directors. The number of scholarships and award amount will be determined based on funds available.

HOPE ENCOURAGEMENT Cards: Gabriel’s Foundation of HOPE will send notes and cards to our constituent families who are dealing with the hardship of a disability. Sponsor donors can request these cards to be sent for birthdays, anniversaries, graduations or other special occasions. It is our goal to continue to encourage the people we serve as often as possible. A $5 donation will cover the cost of one encouragement card.

HOPE Workshop Program. Gabriel’s Foundation of HOPE will offer classes to share information with families dealing with disabilities. This will be an opportunity for the families to socialize and discuss common issues and concerns. Information will be available to help these families advocate for their disabled family member.

HOPE Assembly and Speaking Engagements: Individuals from our organization will have the opportunity to speak to educators, employees, parents and students in order to increase awareness of the needs of the disabled individuals. We will offer this as an assembly program to schools, community organizations, churches and businesses.
